Runde, director of the Center for Conflict Dynamics at the Eckerd College, oversees training and development of the Conflict Dynamics Profile assessment instrument and Center programs. He is the coauthor of Becoming a Conflict Competent Leader (Jossey-Bass, 2007) and Building Conflict Competent Teams (Jossey-Bass, 2008). Craig is a frequent speaker and commentator on workplace conflict issues. He received his B.A. from Harvard University, M.L.L. from the University of Denver, and J.D. from Duke University.
