I am so honored to introduce you to my passionate and dear friend, Kim Lewis as my guest for episode 8 of the Talk with Tori podcast!
Kim Lewis is a native Kentuckian who currently resides in Memphis, Tennessee where she works for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Kim and I worked together as Leadership Development Consultants for Kappa Delta Sorority and she has always inspired me. She shares all about growing up with a single mom, the value of friendships, being a first-generation college student, tips for the holidays, TV shows you do not want to miss, and more. Kim gives incredible advice on how to step out of your comfort zone, including being the first in your family.
In today’s society, there have been more and more people opening up about personal situations that have happened to them involving hate and racism. Kim sheds light on a personal encounter that impacted her and those she shared it with. She gives us examples of how we can all improve in listening, growing, and understanding.
Kim is one of those people who always makes me think while also giving me so many great laughs, so I know all of you will love your time with my girl!
