Episode 1 is an anchor point in our journey toward transformational leadership. The goal of this episode is to do two things. First, review how this podcast will be structured and the vision for the future. Second, I want to define who I am as a leader.

I currently serve as an Active Duty Army Officer and love my job! I am intensely focused on excelling as a servant leader in the Army and building more Purposeful Accountable Leaders through one-on-one Leadership coaching.

👉🏽Mission: I refuse to allow transitional leadership practices to continue to impact future leaders' growth. I will break this cycle by teaching transformational leadership practices learned throughout my leadership career. I will add value to leaders that will add value to their teams and multiply value throughout their organization and personal life. Ultimately, leaders reach harmony between personal and professional goals while continually adding value to their teams and families, becoming their best version.
👉🏽Vision: I have seen the true cost of toxic leadership in the military and civilian workforce. I will impact 1 million lives in the next ten years by adding value to leaders in the military and civilian realm. Those leaders will multiply value into their workforce and families, ultimately creating more Purposeful Accountable Leaders.
