Island of the Idols Week 1 LF

It's time to get the Survivor Super Fan's assessment of the first episode of season 39. We all loved that the premiere was 90 minutes long. That provided enough time to see the social game begin on both tribes with sufficient time to introduce the new twist. Not everyone is sold on the twist, but it primarily got positive reviews. Some clear favorites emerged as well some potential villains, and we were really happy to see a preponderance of normal people playing instead of a cast stacked with mactors. We are anxious for Wednesday night when we get the next installment of our favorite show!

With a full 90 minutes, the twist did not detract from the premiere. We hope that trend continues.
