Today I will guide you into a state of deep relaxation. In this grounding meditation, you will tense and then relax different areas of your physical body and become aware of any resistance and blocks which may hinder you to fully relax.
This practice is based on yoga nidra and will allow you to create a new relationship with your body and mind to help you move into a state of peace and rest.
