Shafik Bhalloo provides his valuable insight on the various legal considerations firms and businesses need to be aware of due to the impact of COVID-19. Shafik is an associate professor of Practice with Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business. Shafik is also a lawyer with Kornfeld LLP in Vancouver, B.C., whereby he practices employment, labour and commercial law, and teaches courses and writes publications in those areas.
