Neuroplasticity Rule #1: Awareness, Mindfulness, & Meditation

They are based on the book by Shad Helmstetter, it's called "the power of neuro-plasticity". And while I am using that as a framework, I'm pulling in a lot of different information from different sources to help us deepen our understanding of each of these rules.
