In addition to her impressive array of accomplishments, she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Administration with a Specialization in Organizational Leadership at Northcentral University (NCU). Her unwavering commitment to leadership excellence has not gone unnoticed, as she was recently inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), the nation's most prestigious leadership honor society.
Residing in the picturesque region of southwest Florida, she shares her life with her husband, Retired Deputy Roderick Spears, and their lovingly blended family, consisting of seven children and ten cherished grandchildren.
