Asperger’s Experiences & Personal Growth: Stephen’s Evolution01/27/23 • 11 min
In this episode, I talk about possible signs of aspergers in relation to my development when I was young and growing up
In addition, some of the content will also be based on some memories of personal experiences together with things my parents have told me in times gone by about certain behaviours I’ve exhibited.
The episode will include content in relation to:
- obsessions with certain things and subjects, including perfectionism
- having preferences for certain things
- differences in one’s interactions with others and the world around them
- delays in speech and language development
- certain hypersensitivities e.g fear of loud noises
- signs of being gifted at certain things and subjects.
A reminder that this episode may contain content that may remind you of your own personal struggles with autism and those of loved ones and close friends.
In addition, there may be words that may evoke painful memories concerning you, loved ones and close friends. Such words may include, and be related to health visitors, doctors, midwives, hospitals, or anything health related.
