We examine Police history, Police Qualifications, Police Brutality, the George Floyd tragedy, Protests vs Riots, BLM and work to problem solve and deconstruct the Racist Systemic system.

From there Khalil and Dean examine three highlighted issues within the Police System that what we feel needs to be corrected.

· The Hiring Process – What qualifies you to be an officer?

· The Training Process – How, When, What, does Police training consist of?

· The Evaluation Process – How often, Who evaluates, what can change?
