Happy new year! Welcome to 2021. It’s the time of the year where everybody starts setting their goals and contemplating their dreams and what they’re going to do this year and so I thought it’s a good time to start off our 2021 podcast series with chatting around goal setting and some mindset around it. 2020 has definitely taught us a lot, it has taught me a lot in having a direction that being okay with it not working out, it has taught me about regrets, loss, and letting go. I will give insights into how I’m doing goal setting this year which is a little bit different.
