Stop Setting Goals and Add More Intentions to the New Year
01/18/24 • 25 min
"Goals and resolutions are always "you must," "you have to," and "it's expected," and if you don't come anywhere close, you have failed."
Today's episode, the first of 2024, is about New Year's resolutions, desired goals, and intentions. I invite you to slightly adjust how you look at your goals for this year, add a positive spin to them, and start seeing them more like things you would like to do instead of boxes to tick on a to-do list.
Throughout this episode, you'll hear about the differences between New Year's resolutions and intentions, how they can take you through completely different rabbit holes and feelings, and why focusing more on intentions instead of goals will remove a lot of pressure from your shoulders. I also share some of the things you can expect from the podcast in the year that starts, why I prefer to set intentions instead of pursuing goals, and you'll get practical advice on transforming resolutions into intentions.
Tune in and listen to episode 13 of Soul Wisdom Transitions and discover a completely different way of building the pillars of a new year.

Embrace Your Gifts and Heal Your Past: An Inside Look at Energy Healing with Alexandra Falticeni
"Working through your baggage takes a lot of inner learning and inner work. So that final soul wisdom, that final soul clarity, can come in and say: Oh my gosh, now I know, I know what my sole purpose is, I know what I'm supposed to do." - Alexandra Falticeni.
In today's episode, Alexandra Falticeni joins us to shed her glowing light on the path that takes us to our soul wisdom, talk about energy healing, past lives and childhood trauma, manifestation, and more. Alexandra is an Intuitive Healer who has been practicing energy healing for almost two decades. As a result of a traumatic childhood, stained with all kinds of abuse, Alexandra's life was a hot mess; she had two jobs and barely made a living, among many other issues, so her sister convinced her to see a therapist. The therapist was an energy healer, which Alexandra didn't believe then. The healer hit the nail on the head more than a dozen times about what was going on, even though Alexandra never opened her mouth during the sessions. A few weeks later, already feeling better, Alexandra dove deep into healing, became a healer, started channeling, and never looked back.
Throughout our conversation, you'll hear about Alexandra's journey into energy healing, her thoughts on what it takes to connect with our soul wisdom, and the world's future regarding the massive shift into feminine energy we are experiencing. Alexandra also talks about channeling, supporting, and embracing children's unique abilities and gifts instead of shutting them down, inner child healing, manifestation, and more.
Tune in and listen to episode 12 of Soul Wisdom Transitions; gather the tools and courage needed to go through your baggage, heal, and reconnect with your soul wisdom.

How To Recognize Your Spirit Guides' Voice and Reconnect with Your Intuition
"One of your guides is your soul wisdom, and this is your higher power, higher self, or your spirit self, whatever you want to call it; it is that inner knowing that is here to help you on your journey throughout this life."
In today's episode, we talk about intuition, why it is so important, and how to strengthen our intuitive abilities to rely on them more often whenever we need to make decisions. We all are intuitive beings; it is part of the survival kit our ancestors developed over thousands of millions of years of evolution. Still, although modern society is dangerous in its own way, most people think intuition is trivial, so we are not taught to strengthen that muscle.
Throughout this episode, I share practical tips that will help you strengthen your intuition abilities, sharpen your capacity to hear your spirit guide's voice and messages and become more and more comfortable with listening to and connecting with your soul wisdom. You'll learn about the power of journaling, meditation, connecting with nature, exercises to enhance your intuition, and more.
