Still, practicing self-reflection and questioning the stories ingrained in the subconscious mind are shortcuts to personal growth, healing, and mental and spiritual well-being.
In this episode, we discuss self-reflection, its challenges, and benefits, and we explore practical ways to make introspection a habit. You'll learn what self-reflection is and how it can help you question your inner stories through it, how to be less reactive and more responsive, and how understanding the emotions behind your reactions can help you improve your sanity.
Additionally, we go through some ideas of how to carve time for introspection, the link between self-criticism and self-reflection, how to deal with the crap that might come out as a product of self-reflection, and more.

In ancient times, clinging to negative thinking was a live saver for human beings. Being constantly aware of possible dangers and assuming every bush hid a beast kept us alive as a species for thousands of years. You'll also learn the importance of detecting and intercepting negative thinking before they do damage, setting realistic goals, and taking action.
Additionally, I'll teach how to change negative thoughts with empowering ones, be less reactive and more intentional, why keeping you safe is keeping you small, and much more.

What's stopping you from doing what you love? Is it other people's opinions, a feeling of unworthiness, or a real reason?
In today's episode, we discuss limiting beliefs and analyze how they impact our existence. Throughout this episode, you'll learn how limiting beliefs get between you and your dreams, why becoming aware of them is a crucial first step, and how to overcome them. You'll also hear how limiting beliefs impact personal and professional growth, the life-transforming potential of sharing one's life story, and much more.

Embrace Your Gifts and Heal Your Past: An Inside Look at Energy Healing with Alexandra Falticeni
Soul Wisdom Transitions
12/21/23 • 33 min
"Working through your baggage takes a lot of inner learning and inner work. So that final soul wisdom, that final soul clarity, can come in and say: Oh my gosh, now I know, I know what my sole purpose is, I know what I'm supposed to do." - Alexandra Falticeni.
In today's episode, Alexandra Falticeni joins us to shed her glowing light on the path that takes us to our soul wisdom, talk about energy healing, past lives and childhood trauma, manifestation, and more. Alexandra is an Intuitive Healer who has been practicing energy healing for almost two decades. As a result of a traumatic childhood, stained with all kinds of abuse, Alexandra's life was a hot mess; she had two jobs and barely made a living, among many other issues, so her sister convinced her to see a therapist. The therapist was an energy healer, which Alexandra didn't believe then. The healer hit the nail on the head more than a dozen times about what was going on, even though Alexandra never opened her mouth during the sessions. A few weeks later, already feeling better, Alexandra dove deep into healing, became a healer, started channeling, and never looked back.
Throughout our conversation, you'll hear about Alexandra's journey into energy healing, her thoughts on what it takes to connect with our soul wisdom, and the world's future regarding the massive shift into feminine energy we are experiencing. Alexandra also talks about channeling, supporting, and embracing children's unique abilities and gifts instead of shutting them down, inner child healing, manifestation, and more.

Soul Wisdom Transitions
09/14/23 • 18 min
"You are who you are. You're dealing with what you're dealing with; give yourself credit. If you want to compare yourself to someone, compare yourself to yourself."
Today, we discuss comparisons, why they can be dangerous, and how they affect how we see ourselves and the world around us. Comparisons can be quite triggering for those with self-worthiness issues, those who grew up with a subconscious yet thick sense of not-enoughness, and those who, regardless of their intrinsic value and victories, can't see themselves worthy of love and being loved.
Throughout this episode, you'll hear about the dangers of comparing yourself to others, especially in social media, where people can easily edit out the unsatisfying parts of their lives. We also talk about the comparisons we throw at ourselves, our children, and our grandchildren, how to avoid doing it, what messages we could replace those comparisons with, and more.
Tune in and listen to the fifth episode of Soul Wisdom Transitions and stop comparing yourself to others; do it with yourself, and honor your growth.
