One of the certainties of building a business is that there are going to be many, many times where you’re going to feel seriously STUCK. Over the course of working with hundreds of freelancers, I’ve developed a method to help you get out of the mud and get your running shoes on, so you can get ahead to where you need to go!

Now I always caveat that my advice should always be tailored to your needs, but I’ve used this method time and again with clients and it WORKS a treat 😉

I call this method my 5-Step S.T.U.C.K Method and in today’s episode I will talk you through the entire framework.

The acronym stands for:

S – Strategy: having a solid strategy

T – Time Management: owning your schedule and energy levels

U – Unique Offer: having a super clear, unique offer

C – Consistency: committing to a rhythm to keep up momentum

K – Kind to Self: protecting your feelings and boundaries
