This is the second episode of the Simply SHE Pre Launch Series. I give an overview of my background, why I started the show and the show format beginning on the official launch date-January 7, 2020. We also take a deeper dive into the “Slay Hard Everyday” methodology and how you too can slay in all aspects of your life.
During the first week of the month, we will discuss all things mindset and the importance of constant positivity in your life. The second week of the month will be dedicated to business/professional topics that will help you get to the next level. The third week of the month will be focused on financial hacks and strategies to not only help you save but to build wealth. Finally, the fourth and fifth weeks of the month will be listeners choice topics. Topics can be submitted at any time to [email protected].

Pre-EP 3: SHE Movement 2019 Live
This is the third episode of the Simply SHE Pre-Launch Series as we gear up for the official launch on January 7, 2020. On Saturday, November 16th, Simply SHE was live from Divas & Dolls Fitness in Temple Hills, MD. This is our first live episode and it focused on wellness for the “everyday woman”: mentally, professionally, financially and physically. Our awesome panel of speakers: Kierrah Flipping, Maria Copeland, Ayisha Thompson, T. Humphries and myself give great advice, strategies and resources to help you Slay Hard Everyday. Some of the topics we discuss include the importance of maintaining your mental health and practicing self-care, monetizing your hustle and building your brand, becoming a frugalnista and steps you can take to rebuild your credit. In-person attendees also got a chance to participate in pole and chair dance demos with the instructors of Divas & Dolls Fitness.
