In starting this podcast, my aim is to help as many people as possible walk taller, shine brighter and start to thrive, instead of just survive. This episode is packed with ideas of things we can all do to help ourselves, I describe some of the bumps that got in my way and kept me small and explain details of the things that helped me transform. All of these things can be done by anyone, irrespective of where they are on their journey
