Shine Bright And Thrive

Shine Bright And Thrive

Christine Gooddy

Welcome to Shine Bright and Thrive!

The purpose of this podcast is to help as many people as possible walk taller, shine brighter and thrive. I’ll do this by interviewing a variety of people with a wide range of expertise and I’ll ask them to share with you what got in their way and what’s helped them, and provide you with actionable steps you can begin taking today, no matter where you are on your journey.

Why me?

I’ve also known adversity and how lost feels, although, after a bumpy journey to recover, I’m now a counsellor and a coach. For the last 11 years, I’ve worked with individuals for a variety of issues and groups supporting adults abused in childhood. I also work on a counselling helpline so can share ideas to help you understand how you can begin to walk taller, shine brighter and thrive!

Please follow the podcast and most importantly take ACTION!
