A Year of Covid: Meditating on the teacher within
Welcome to day 4 of our virtual weeklong celebration of the one year mark of covid. Today is about meditating on what we have learned. We go through life experiencing troubles, difficulty and confusion and use precious energy in the search for answers. In my studies with my teacher Tara Brach, she taught me that the students have all the answers. My job as a teacher is not to tell them what to do or give them the answers, but to guide them within themselves to the realization that the wisdom is already there. So steady yourself in a comfortable seated position and let’s awaken the teacher within. www.shiftyogastudio.com
