Hi, bright friend! This meditation is the antithesis of the last one (for manifesting)... given that sometimes we don’t feel so “lucky” or in the vibrational frequency/mindset that feels open to creating & receiving.
When “endings” and cycles of death occur in our lives, we often feel attached, frustrated, fearful & stuck. Which is why we must call on divine support & encourage ourselves to surrender, in these times more than ever. That’s what this meditation is for.
It’s a great stepping stone towards a brighter future and an ideal method to guide you into a transformative healing state through helping you ease stress & subconsciously let go.

Hello, bright soul! This episode has been requested, and pairs perfectly with episode #2 on protecting your energy from negativity & negative people.
This episode is for when you realize you may have traits of a “negative person.”
I, myself, am a recovered pessimist; my default mindset used to be uplifting my negative thoughts/emotions to a point where I was addicted to them. I would put all my focus on what was “lacking” rather than what I had to be grateful for. I wouldn’t move through the negativity, instead I would sit in it & stay there.
