Growing up on the small island of Guernsey, home to only 60,000 people and a single bowling alley...
Josh Le Tissier began DJing at friends' birthday parties and weddings on the weekends.
It all started with word of mouth.
Then, Josh applied for a local DJ gig in Guernsey.
Now?
Josh has over 25 million streams on his music across streaming platforms.
He has played at the Ministry of Sound in London, UK.
And his music has been signed to big labels (like Universal 🤩).
Josh even has his own custom backyard studio (with killer speakers and lush acoustic panels).
But — Josh wasn't an "overnight success".
Far from it.
Josh has been hustling every single day for the last 10+ years.
He never learned an instrument as a kid.
So — Josh spent most of his time devouring YouTube tutorials on the weekends.
He mastered music production, composition, and mixing.
All while holding down a full-time job.
Because, as Josh explains ... you don't have to quit your job to follow your passion.
You can do both.
And the best part?
Josh's day job paid for his music studio.
However, despite Josh's success and fame in the music industry, he hit a lot of road blocks.
At every stage, Josh was smashed with fear.
Josh battled nerves while DJing at bigger and bigger venues.
"What if my USB doesn't work?"
"What if I have the wrong gear or setup for this venue?"
Plagued by all those annoying, incessant thoughts 😓 Josh didn't give up.
Instead - he showed up and took massive action.
In this episode we talked about the importance of being passionate about what you do.
And that people won't always notice the small mistakes.
So it's time to kick that toxic friend of yours to the curb (you know, the one called 'perfectionism').
Because nothing (and no one) is perfect.
Josh played the long game and didn't give up when faced with challenges.
He levelled up over time, and now boasts official remixes for Gryffin and Carly Rae Jepsen.
So keep your eyes on Josh - because even bigger things are coming!

Candice Colgan — Being Attacked at 19 Years Old, Fighting Against Racism, The Benefits of Trauma Therapy, Making Time For What You Want and More - #11
From growing up in a strict Filipino family...
To being attacked on the streets of Melbourne at 19...
To living in Manchester, UK and running her own trauma coaching business...
Candice Colgan has not lived an ordinary life.
Candice is a "hurt recovery coach" and has a huge passion for helping people come home to themselves.
Because when everything goes sideways in life, you often lose yourself 😵
You might shatter into a million pieces.
Become overwhelmed.
Experience intense panic attacks.
And end up drenched in tears on your bathroom floor at 2am wondering what to do.
Life can be rough.
In this episode we covered some heavy stuff.
But — it was inspiring.
Candice overcame her own crime-related experiences (starting at the age of five), so she gets it.
Candice has done the work on herself.
Which is the most important part of working with any coach or therapist.
Degrees are important, but life experience is the real deal.
(As many of you know from building your own business...)
Candice now runs a thriving online coaching business where she tries to "run herself out of a job".
She doesn't want her clients to rely on her — she empowers them to stand on their own two feet.
Candice helps her clients re-create their identities after experiencing intense trauma.
She helps them find their way through all this heavy stuff.
How?
By using a combination of mind-mapping, exposure therapy, and neuroception.
Meanwhile, Candice is running around after her two young kids, functioning on virtually no sleep, and still kicking-ass at life.
Her secret?
When something is important to you, you will make time for it.
There's always going to be distractions.
Excuses.
Reasons to avoid doing something.
You have to go out and make it happen anyway 🔥
We all face challenges.
But it's how we respond to those challenges that makes all the difference.
And it starts with listening to your body, and overcoming your mind.

Tiffany Harnsongkram — How to Balance Your Feminine Energy with Your Masculine Traits, Unlocking Your Inner Flow State, Letting Go of Control and More - #13
Tiffany Harnsongkram is helping people everywhere reclaim their feminine energy.
Because most people in society are suppressing their feminine energy.
And if you're suppressing your feminine energy -- you're suppressing your sensuality.
Your creativity.
Your passion.
Innovation.
Desire.
Which means you're limiting your success in business and in life.
You might feel anxious, stressed, exhausted, or stuck in your mind all the time.
Thoughts circling your head.
Ridiculous stories playing on repeat.
We live in a hyper-masculine world where everything is "go, go, go".
Hustle.
Achieve.
Take action.
Get shit done.
And if you don't "achieve" - then you're not "enough".
It's super important to be motivated, take charge, and be aggressive going after what you want.
But you also need flow, creativity, sensuality, and passion.
It's about balancing your masculine and feminine counterparts.
Tiffany Harnsongkram is an entrepreneur, passionate about bringing feminine energy into business.
She is the co-founder of Impact World and Phoenix Acceleration, and House of Balance.
Her focus is on bringing masculine and feminine leadership into balance.
Because to level-up in business and in life - you need both feminine and masculine energies.
One is not superior to the other.
Masculine and feminine energies are not gender-based. They're human-based.
And we all have them inside of us.
Femininity + masculinity = power.
Femininity and sensuality are a source of excitement, curiosity, and energy.
When you harness your femininity ...
You can make more money and have more impact.
Especially when you combine your feminine energy with the precision and punch of your masculine energy.
Luckily, there's a way to balance your masculine and feminine energies.
Tiffany explains - when you do this - you're in balance with the flow of life.
You're more present.
More engaged with your customers.
Which leads to greater impact and business success.
Because business is all about creating value.
It's about knowing your own value.
And then, communicating your value to clients, customers, and prospects.
When you combine your inner masculine and feminine energies --
That's when the *magic* happens.
