Episode 16: The Walking Wounded and the Survivors Journey
01/11/23 • 11 min
Some of us have experienced trauma from earlier child abuse or neglect, a sexual assault, past domestic violence/intimate partner violence, or past sexual trafficking. Trauma festers within us and inhibits our ability to be happy and to fully embrace our lives and live up to our full potential. Let's make 2023 the year when we focus on our own healing so that we can experience genuine joy and choose to be involved in healthy relationships.
