Claire Walsh - Fear & Overwhelm
02/12/25 • 26 min
Scared Shitless is back!
To kick things off I thought it was time to share the Why behind the podcast.
In this episode I talk about Fear and Overwhelm. I describe times in my life fear has brought me to a standstill.
No matter what my bio states, 90% of the time I'm scared shitless...for one reason or another.
What has changed in the last few years is how I interpret fear. Once I let it bring me to stop, now I interpret it as putting myself out into the world in a new way.
Among the fear, I try to find excitement and hope and every so slowly, inch my way forward.

Daisy Kelliher - Fear & Being Single
Daisy Kelliher is originally from Dublin and, in my humble opinion, the best 'Chief Stew' of the whole
Below Deck franchise. She has a strong work ethic, solid sense of craic and the most stunning swimsuit
collection I've ever seen!
In this episode Daisy talks about Fear and Uncertainty. Describing a situation that many will empathise with, Daisy talks about being single
at 37, wondering where she might meet her partner and whether children will be in her future. In a scenario I'm all too familiar with, it's hard to know where to start when
uncertainty underpins all the areas of your life.
Daisy is a breath of fresh air and chats with such awareness and honesty. It's a conversation I could have done with hearing when I was 37.
I know you'll enjoy this season finale of S1 Scared Shitless

Willa White - Fear & Recovery
Today I am talking to comedian, actor, singer, podcast host , a veritable Swiss army knife of entertainment, Willa White.
In this episode Willa talks about Fear and recovery, how he’s learnt to sit with himself and his approach to life as a work in progress.
For a man with so many achievements under his belt, both internal and external, he is remarkably humble.
This episode is filled with gems of Wisdom from Willa and describes how by being honest about our fears, we can work through them, one day at a time.
