In this story, a man remarries and his new wife doesn't like his kids. So all three are tricked into an apple pit. They were going to eat the youngest, but then she makes a wish to have pick ax hands. The older sisters make promises that they cannot keep, so they conspire to make the youngest sister's promise not come true. But the youngest sister is proves her words are true through some golden haired kids.

He is warned by his mother not to break any etiquette, but after he tastes the peach of immortality, he breaks the rules and tosses a peach to a maiden. Instead of ignoring the peach and just letting it pass, the young woman catches it and takes a bite. For this, the two are bound to walk the earth for 1000 years. Will they ever find each other?

In the first one, Anansi takes squirrel to court and uses logic to get what is not his. Too bad he isn't the only one with those skills.
In the second story, Anansi tries to get a little rain, but instead goes big and ends up killing a man. For this he is punished by having to carry a heavy box with him everywhere. But Anansi is always tricky.
