The ACID test is, if you went out to do 10 quotes in whatever industry you're involved in, 10 people come back and say yes straight away, you're either really good at what you do, or you're possibly too cheap. If I was increasing your prices by, say, 3 percent each year, it's much better than waiting for the third year to put them up by 10%. Because then 10 percent is a big jump, whereas 3 percent each year, if they're paying on an annual basis for
