
Navigating the tangling conspiracies in the desert city of Dustmere, our heroes took a job investigating a robbery at the Archivist’s Guild. After picking through evidence in the stacks, they homed in on a lead – a member of the Guild itself - and chased them to their residents in the cobbled roads and grand estates of the Glitters.
But on arrival, their chaperone from the guild, Ryndell turned on them to seemingly protect or steal evidence and a fiery battle ensued that left the building ablaze. Ryndell fled with a strange teleportation magic, but our heroes were not left empty handed. A note referring being “unconsecrated” and Ryndell’s actions all but confirmed they were right about the robbery.
Wrapping up the case, they returned to their friend Caxaria’s hideout, where they wrestled with what the dukes we're up to, and what this new evidence, a group “unconsecrated”, really meant. Then, there was a knock at the door...
