Ep. 5 - June 26: A Date with Destiny
08/21/19 • 45 min
Chandra Jarrett shares that people, places and events of our past are connected to our present and future. Journaling is a great way to write out the plans of life and see them come to pass. She shares her personal story of how June 26 - the date she was diagnosed with breast cancer was the same day God spoke her destiny, 22 years prior, June 26, 1997. Through a series of events, she would discover that June 26 was not a day of death but a day of life, a day of promise, a date with destiny. Chandra encourages listeners to 1) journal - write the vision, 2) draw a timeline of life events, experiences, passions, dreams, etc. and 3) keep living and listening to God as He orders each step to Rewrite Your Story.

Ep. 6 - Going Back to Go Forward
Chandra Jarrett answers the questions: Why dig up the past? What's the point in going back to past pain? Why stir up old emotions?
Chandra considers pain as a friend - a messenger to inform us of growth, unhealed wounds or longings in our heart. She shares the value in listening to pain and responding in a healthy way. Going back to painful experiences is not easy, yet necessary to heal and rewrite our story.
In order to Rewrite Your Story, Chandra recommends you 1) seek healing resources, 2) keep an open mind, 3) get what you need and leave, 4) take power over your pain and past, and 5) help others avoid the pain you've experienced. You too can Rewrite Your Story by Going Back to Go Forward.
