EP49: Getting Out of a Funk
04/24/24 • 17 min
I've had a history of depression. And every now and then it can get the best of me. I took some unplanned time off from podcasting because of it. On this episode, I talk about some of the things that I often do that can lead to bouts of depression and a few things I go that help me get out of it. I'm not saying that this is the answer for everyone, and if you need professional help, please seek it out, but this is what I have found that affects me the most.
