Real Time Heart-Based living

Real Time Heart-Based living

Real Time Heart-Based

So what is Real Time Heart-Based (RTHB) Living?
RTHB living is based on the fundamental view, that living as you, your whole authentic self, you can find happiness, peace, and wellbeing for yourself, others and the environment around you (planet), what we call SOE.
In the world we live in however, we find it easier to fit in to how others want us to be which has left us further from our true self and feeling disconnected in many ways.
In these Real Time Heart-based living podcasts, we chat with people about what they are facing, and through this conversation, share perspectives and heart based tools that may trigger another way of seeing and doing things.
Listen out for ‘markers’ that give signs that you may be overrun by your mind's conditioning, and how it may differ with a heart-based approach.
We'd love to talk with you about your own personal challenge that may offer you something you have not explored previously.

Contact us, via our website, with details of your own challenge or concern, and we will contact you to arrange a time for the podcast.
Our sincere warm regards,
Tricia and Nigel

They question the importance of not leaving the problems we are currently facing to the next generations.

They explore what may be inhibiting progress on current environmental and other concerns, and shine some light on indirect ways to impact change and make more of a difference.

While many people believe they don’t have the time, or ability to influence the state of the world, they offer other possibilities to create a ripple effect with impact.

We often hear the term in relation to organisations who operate with a bias that is not disclosed, however leads to a personal gain or profit.

In this podcast we discuss how conflicts of interest are actually found in all areas of life. For example how often do we see that people make suggestions, push for an outcome, or coerce for reasons that bring personal gain?

It may not be financial, however there is a gain, perhaps in the form of want to win, prove a point, power over, gratification, manipulate in some way.

So how do you know you have a conflict of interest or there is one presenting?

We chat about what it may look like, and the importance of noticing when signs appear, so you can better own your choices.

What is your experience with conflict of interest? How does it feel? How well do you or others recognise the conflict of interest, or disclose when you / they have one?

We’d love to hear some of your views and share examples that are happening in your life.

We are often very unaware of the amount of energy, time and attention we are giving to things. It is often due to us wanting to try harder to achieve an outcome or improve in some way.

Often the very act of trying harder, can work against us, and what we want to gain is lost. It may be part of the reason for feeling like we have been unsuccessful.

Nigel and Tricia share some heart based living perspectives that may be helpful if you are finding yourself in this cycle and way of life.

They recognise the challenges with breaking some of our usual patterns of behaviours, and bring alternatives that may be helpful for anyone at any time.

Feel free to leave us a comment or question. We’d love to hear from you and bring support that is helpful.

Real Time Heart-Based living - Go with the flow? Whose flow are you going with?

In this podcast we take a deeper dive into the phrase ‘go with flow’. While we often associate it as a positive approach, we would question if that is the whole story.
This is one of the phrases that we term ‘false friends’, which on the surface seems the thing to aspire to, however when you break it down, can become a trap, where you easily lose yourself and what is important to you.
Heart-Based living, is about noticing and choosing different actions when things don't feel good for you or they take you away from your true wants, and what matters to you.
It is a unique way to discover, explore and bring the whole of you to more moments, and feel the gains as you do.
What are your thoughts about this phrase?

Once again, how the use of certain words can lead us astray and fuel perspectives that may not reflect what actually exists. IN this podcast, we look at how the word ’too’ is used, and what we can listen out for when we do. There are so many incidental ways we can improve, many of which are alternatives to what you may believe is the way. How do you feel about what we have shared?

In these heart based living podcasts, we aim to share the small yet significant things to notice in yourself and outside of yourself, that influence the way in which you live, the way you feel, your health and happiness.

Nigel and Tricia shared a conversation around choices, and some reasons why we often don't feel we have a choice.
It looks at some common patterns we have come to accept as 'normal', that limit our capacity to make choices that are more aligned with what we truly and deeply want for ourselves.
With many of us spending a lot of time, in the confines of our minds, worry about past or future choices, there may be some perspectives throughout this chat, that may resonate or awaken something related to your own choices, in moments throughout your day.
Can something as simple as more honest choices, change the trajectory of your current life?
