Hiii guys, I'm baaaack! It's been a long hiatus and so much has happened since I last spoke to you all. I missed podcasting so much and have made it my resolution for 2023 to dedicate time to the podcast and bring you fun guests, conversations, etc... So excited to be back with you all this week!! This episode is probably my most vulnerable, scariest episode I've released so far. Sharing with you all where my head has been at lately, why I've kinda been MIA, and what I'm looking up to. I will preface this with a little trigger warning (as I did at the beginning of the episode)-- I do talk about some heavier, more emotional topics that could be upsetting to some!
