So excited to be back with you all this week!! This episode is probably my most vulnerable, scariest episode I've released so far. Sharing with you all where my head has been at lately, why I've kinda been MIA, and what I'm looking up to. I will preface this with a little trigger warning (as I did at the beginning of the episode)-- I do talk about some heavier, more emotional topics that could be upsetting to some!

GUYS!! I am so so excited for this episode. I have my BFF Christy on the podcast this week and it's something I've been dying to do forever!
