In government and politics, inauguration is the process of swearing a person into office and thus making that person the incumbent. Such an inauguration commonly occurs through a formal ceremony or special event, which may also include an inaugural address by the new official.
Инаугура́ция, или инавгура́ция (от лат. augures «авгур» через inauguro «гадать по полётам птиц» — ритуал торжественной церемонии вступления в должность главы государства. В основе ритуал заимствован из церемоний коронаций монархов, однако в современных монархиях коронация вытеснена менее формальной инаугурацией (за исключением Великобритании).

A pardon is a government decision to allow a person to be relieved of some or all of the legal consequences resulting from a criminal conviction. A pardon may be granted before or after conviction for the crime, depending on the laws of the jurisdiction.
Помилование — акт верховной власти (обычно главы государства), полностью или частично освобождающий осуждённого от назначенного или могущего быть назначенным впоследствии наказания, либо заменяющий назначенное ему судом наказание более мягким. In the United States, an executive order is a directive by the president of the United States that manages operations of the federal government.[1] The legal or constitutional basis for executive orders has multiple sources. Article Two of the United States Constitution gives presidents broad executive and enforcement authority to use their discretion to determine how to enforce the law or to otherwise manage the resources and staff of the federal government's executive branch. The ability to make such orders is also based on expressed or implied Acts of Congress that delegate to the president some degree of discretionary power (delegated legislation).[2] The vast majority of executive orders are proposed by federal agencies before being issued by the president.
