Rachel's Podcast - Where Women & Leadership meet

In this episode, the final one of 2024 and the concluding chapter of my first season, I delve in the powerful concept of forgiveness, an essential step in the journey of empowerment. From my perspective, forgiveness is the key to completing the circle: learning the lessons, transmuting pain into power, and moving forward with strength.

For women, especially as we reach perimenopause & menopause, maintaining balance is crucial for our body to transition smoothly. Forgiveness plays a pivotal role in releasing the people, places, and things that no longer serve us and reach our full power. Our bodies hold all the energy and emotions of old experiences. If we don't work on releasing these old energies/emotions, it will make this period of transition extremely difficult on all levels.

One of the most powerful tools for this process is the practice of Ho'oponopono—a Hawaiian healing method (I’m sorry, Forgive me, I forgive you, I love you, Thank you). This practice can help close the loops, allowing us to step into our full power.

I hope this episode helps you on your journey toward becoming the empowered leader and woman you are meant to be, and lead your own ship.

I wish you all a happy end of year, and I look forward to seeing you in the new season of my podcast next year.

My Life, the raw truth, from rough diamond to perfectly carved

What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger : i am the living proof this is true, my life is like a Netflix series.

I was programmed for failure,

I was programmed to be stopped at every level

I was programmed to believe I was nothing

And yet... here I am, just a quick glimpse at some facts:

  • I come from a very toxic and dysfunctional background,
  • An internship in a bank ended with a robbery and a gun pointed at me,
  • Some members close to the family were part of a secret society who prey on children and ensure they stay blocked from a young age with major chaos in their life,
  • I stayed with my mother non stop during 9 months when she got a violent form of leukemia, I was there every day until her very last breath.

This is true leadership especially for women: no matter what you go through, you keep working on yourself and stay determined, even when you lose everything with no help or ressources.
I did all on my own, I alchemized every situation and challenge, and this is how I became empowered and carved my inner diamond.
You cannot be in leadership if you don’t remove everything and everyone cluttering/stopping/blocking you from being/seeing who you truly are at your core.
If I made it, so can you, no matter how bad things look, stop looking for inspiration, and seek for real solutions whether you are already in a leadership position or seeking to take the leadership of your life.

2025 : how to navigate the chaos, stay in your leadership and fuel your diamond

As we begin the year and try to navigate the current chaos, it might be confusing to know how to stay in your leadership. This first episode of the year (and of my 2nd season) will help you understand why now more than ever you need to keep going, work on yourself in all 4 areas and 3 levels. It is crucial to see things from a higher perspective and from a different perspective in times of uncertainty.

As much as horrific things are happening for people, animals, and the planet, stay grounded and positive as we will rebuild the world on healthier foundations in the coming years with true leaders and real leadership for men and WOMEN.

Reclaim who you are, reclaim your power, reclaim your leadership and sustain it even through chaos, this is what true power is.

I am here to help you.
