Rachel's Podcast - Where Women & Leadership meet

Rachel Sayegh

Welcome to 'Where Women & Leadership meet', the podcast where you can tap into decades of expertise in strategy and profound inner work across professional, personal, physical, and spiritual realms.
I am an expert in Strategy and Leadership with decades of experience, and I am guiding leaders through the complexities of today's ever-changing world.

I created my own Leadership academy and you will find all the information on my social media and website (links at the end of the description)
The content in my podcast is unique as it is very rare to find someone who has massive experience in the corporate world building strategies, and who worked intensively on all 4 areas (professional, personal, physical, spiritual) on 3 levels ( physical, emotional, spiritual).
I dedicated my life to go as far as possible in all 4 areas and I am now here to share everything I learned to empower women in leadership.
Even if you have the title and the responsibilities, you might feel that you are not in your full power and this where I can help.
Especially at a time when the world is also undergoing massive shifts.
I truly hope that you will find the content useful.
I am looking forward to sharing everything I've learned.
Now more than ever, the world needs women in their full power.

We are at a pivotal point globally this year : now is not the time to 're-attach' or 're-contract' yourself to people/places/things.

Now is the time to pause, take a step back to reflect, go within and detach from people/places/things which are no longer serving your evolution as a woman and as a leader.

You must understand that working on 4 areas is crucial for you as a leader and especially as a woman.

Pick and choose wisely who will go with you in the coming months and you are set up for success. Choose not to listen to your intuition, and you are set up for failure.

I hope this episode helps you redefine yourself as a woman AND as the powerful leader you are. The coming months and years will support your growth and getting back to your power.

In this episode, the final one of 2024 and the concluding chapter of my first season, I delve in the powerful concept of forgiveness, an essential step in the journey of empowerment. From my perspective, forgiveness is the key to completing the circle: learning the lessons, transmuting pain into power, and moving forward with strength.

For women, especially as we reach perimenopause & menopause, maintaining balance is crucial for our body to transition smoothly. Forgiveness plays a pivotal role in releasing the people, places, and things that no longer serve us and reach our full power. Our bodies hold all the energy and emotions of old experiences. If we don't work on releasing these old energies/emotions, it will make this period of transition extremely difficult on all levels.

One of the most powerful tools for this process is the practice of Ho'oponopono—a Hawaiian healing method (I’m sorry, Forgive me, I forgive you, I love you, Thank you). This practice can help close the loops, allowing us to step into our full power.

I hope this episode helps you on your journey toward becoming the empowered leader and woman you are meant to be, and lead your own ship.

I wish you all a happy end of year, and I look forward to seeing you in the new season of my podcast next year.

What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger : i am the living proof this is true, my life is like a Netflix series.

I was programmed for failure,

I was programmed to be stopped at every level

I was programmed to believe I was nothing

And yet... here I am, just a quick glimpse at some facts:

  • I come from a very toxic and dysfunctional background,
  • An internship in a bank ended with a robbery and a gun pointed at me,
  • Some members close to the family were part of a secret society who prey on children and ensure they stay blocked from a young age with major chaos in their life,
  • I stayed with my mother non stop during 9 months when she got a violent form of leukemia, I was there every day until her very last breath.

This is true leadership especially for women: no matter what you go through, you keep working on yourself and stay determined, even when you lose everything with no help or ressources.
I did all on my own, I alchemized every situation and challenge, and this is how I became empowered and carved my inner diamond.
You cannot be in leadership if you don’t remove everything and everyone cluttering/stopping/blocking you from being/seeing who you truly are at your core.
If I made it, so can you, no matter how bad things look, stop looking for inspiration, and seek for real solutions whether you are already in a leadership position or seeking to take the leadership of your life.

Join me in this episode as I explain why you need to carve your inner diamond by looking at everything outside of you (people, places and things).
Go on your journey of inner transformation and discover your inner diamond.
Remember people from your past always try to come back for the wrong reasons and have ulterior motives. Sometimes it's because their life is falling apart and they need to stay attached to you for another cycle.
Learning how to release people/places/things will help you be empowered, free, make the right decisions and listen to your intuition when it comes to your business.
Your diamond will lead you to become the leader and the woman you are meant to be in a world at a pivotal time where leadership needs true leaders and women to step up now more than ever.

For women, this understanding is especially crucial as we navigate the complexities of life stages such as perimenopause and menopause. These transitions can bring emotional challenges, but with emotional intelligence, we can turn these moments into opportunities for growth and strength.

Tune in as we discuss how mastering emotional intelligence can not only elevate your leadership but also enhance your personal well-being.

I also included a video link to further enrich your understanding: https://youtu.be/pE9Ai2WWVGs?si=P9z_4yzAga4Sj7GG

Let's transform the way we lead—by leading from within. This version emphasizes emotional intelligence as a tool for leadership and personal growth while highlighting its importance in navigating key life stages for women.
