Often the most important time for us to take a break is when we feel like we have the least amount of time to give. When we are busy or stressed, we tend to spend what little time and energy we do have on others and none on ourselves.
So, this week’s meditation shares the importance of taking a break and taking care of you, even if you only have 5 minutes minutes. So sit back, relax and enjoy the benefits of taking time to stretch, breathe and hydrate.
