Note from Nic: This episode was done on Tuesday but when I went to upload my data plan was 10 minutes short so I waited until today to upload in order to not get charged. This week I take a break from advice to share some updates about my "healing journey" (barf) and share information I've learned about what my root cause health issue might be as well as information I've found out about the particularities around autism, digestion, and sleep. Relatedly, I also go on a rant or two about my continued frustrations at how autistic people are treated with the same protocols as neurotypicals, and how it is impossible to find medical professionals who understand and/or specialize in working with autistic adults.
