Purpose Potential and Power

If people coming into your world can’t easily find their way to your offers and if your messaging and sales process doesn’t gently nurture them along the customer buying journey, then they will absolutely drop out of your world and go elsewhere!

So in this episode, I introduce the three checks you can make in the sales and messaging systems you have set up in your business, to make that transition from connection to client super smooth and easy!

I go through the following checks and explain exactly what that means in practice for your coaching business and how to fix these, if you need to make some changes:

1. Consistent messaging from point of discovery to point of sale.

2. Creating a simple process that is aligned with your specific offer.

3. Using repetitive messaging so your clients clearly and repeatedly see exactly why they need you.

This is a very open and honest episode that I really wanted to share with you because I'm talking about the hard and honest lessons that I learned while growing my coaching business in 2023, that I'm taking into 2024. And boy, what a year it's been!

I'm reflecting on so many different aspects of being an entrepreneur, including mistakes in mentorship; the lesson that taught me to completely refine my offer delivery and what to prioritise; my ambition being something that halted my growth; and how not following my intuition took me in the wrong direction and cost me financially.

I don't know why it still surprises me that we have so much capacity for growth in 12 months. As Tony Robbins says "we vastly underestimate what we can get done in a year and overestimate what we get done in a day". Cheers to reflecting on this HUGE year and so excited to continue this growth in 2024 for us all!
