Getting Past Brilliant Intellect with Ambila
05/30/23 • 43 min
Welcome to the show.
Ambila is incredibly smart and works from an intellectual perspective.
Problematically though, she is in her head and that is causing a limit in true feeling and connection. She is delightful and has so many great things working for her in her voice, but there is still something that is not being fully expressed and that something reveals more of who she really is.
Her intelligence is trumping her true gift of making us feel like we belong and matter but those sounds are just below the surface.
This will be one of those transformations where I'm dealing with microscopic sounds, the size of a grain of sand.
Tune in to hear this incredible yet subtle transformation.

Being Professional with Katie P
Welcome to the show.
I think you will find today's transformation quite interesting.
The initial sounds that I heard from Katie were repellent, but I knew there was more under those sounds in a very short conversation with her.
About mid-episode she shares a story with me that makes it crystal clear the voice story that did the damage I hope to unravel.
Today’s episode is what Psychology of the Voice was built on.
One phrase causes our subconscious to react and go into protection mode. Just like that a story and even worse, a voice habit that misrepresents is put in place.
The top layers I hear in Katie’s voice represent what she was told she had to be in order to be successful. She’s used her voice that for a long time to “be” that.
What I'm doing today in this episode is shockingly common in my day-to-day work tune.
Tune in to hear Katie's transformation going from sounds of protection and barriers and blocks to the best reveal of who she really is.
