- Change begins with you; it is a process that happens from the inside out (inside of a person towards the external part of their life).
- So, be honest with yourself and start living your full potential and best life.
- I realized that life became far more fulfilling when I embraced change and dove into the unknown.
- Not only did it become less scary to face the unknown, but I have also learned to enjoy it – the gift of each new chapter unfolding. Resisting change can take a lot of energy and lead to feeling unsatisfied and unfulfilled.
