7lb 2-Row Malt
2lb Munich Malt
0.5lb Honey Malt

0.5oz Cascade (90 minutes)
0.5oz Cascade (20 minutes)
0.5oz Saaz (5 minutes)
Adjuncts:
Peel of 1x lemon peel and juice (15 minutes)
4oz of chopped fresh ginger root (15 minutes)
1tsp Irish Moss (15 minutes)
Yeast:
California Yeast (can substitute for American Yeast)
Secondary:
Soak oak chips in Jameson Whiskey during primary fermentation. Add chips and whiskey to fermented beer and steep to taste. We steeped ours for four days
