They live on a timber tree farm in SE Iowa, USA. She enjoys being in nature, walking, hiking, yoga, kayaking, camping, reading, and most of all, spending time with her husband and kiddos. She's a professional photographer and just completed her bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship. She looks forward to fulfilling her goal of being a trainer for the Dale Carnegie Program. Jenni was recently elected as village trustee for the Village of North Pekin. She and her husband have 3 girls, ages 8, 6, and 2. She is thrilled with how she feels. Jenni has fought weight her entire life and now doesn't have to because of this awesome side effect of being plant-based. Find out the impact that dairy and gluten have had on her family as well.
