Born & raised in a small town in Texas, Erin has always been taught the value of hard work. This carried her through college, spending a few years teaching, & now an Etsy shop runs out of her home. What started out as a hobby, quickly became a creative outlet for this stay-at-home mom of 2. Now 4 years later, Small Town Grace has become one of her jobs & something that helps give her a sense of purpose. Through her business, she not only has helped her family, but she has also built a community of “Grace Girls” (what her customers lovingly call themselves) within her shops Facebook group that has become one of her happy places and a place where she has formed meaningful friendships.

Hi all! My name is Amanda. I am super passionate about diversity and inclusion, helping communities, and planning! I used to work for Yelp and my last year there really blended both of my passions together. I was able to plan, create, and facilitate a mentorship program, as well as lead some internal and external events with our employee resource groups. I am always pushing myself to diversify and get outside of my comfort zone, which is why I am opening up my Etsy shop and doing videos on Youtube by the end of this month! Issel “Izzy” Martinez: My pronouns are She/her/hers. I am a Latinx from Los Angeles who lives in San Diego. My day job is a Paraeducator (or also known as a Paraprofessional) and I absolutely love my job. I am a union activist and Vice President for my local chapter of Paraeducators. During my free time, I help with the San Diego Planner Mafia group. I love all things Disney, Planners, and kitties. I do enjoy reading social psychology books as well as expanding my knowledge in the BLM and Indigenous movements. On top of all that I already do, I decided to go back to school to study conflict resolution. I am currently mapping out how to attain my goal of having a Ph.D. as the first in my family to have that degree. My current ride or die planner is the Passion Planner Academic Weekly and the Passion Planner Daily. Since the beginning of the year, I have accomplished many of the goals I had set out to do, thanks to my planner. During quarantine, it helped, even more, to guide me to a sense of routine.
