The Ones: Enneagram + Planner Mashup Series
Welcome to the first in a series of nine shows dedicated to the exploration of enneagram numbers in the planner community.
Each week, two people of each number will be represented in the form of a conversational interview facilitated by me, the host, Jessica McWilliams.
Enneagram Enthusiast:
Since it's the first week, I have included a helpful introduction to the enneagram that is less than 10-minutes. Our resident enneagram enthusiast Kris Adams gives a basic but robust explanation of the enneagram personality tool in today's episode. Kris outlines what we can expect from The Ones before the planner conversation begins. She'll be joining us each week to break down the characteristics of each enneagram number we feature.

She's had a career in radio/voiceovers and on-camera acting for nearly 35 years and makes her home in the South Minneapolis neighborhood she grew up in.
Enneagram Type 1: The Moral Perfectionist
Kim is a 44-year-old mother to 4 sporty, smelly, and sweet boys ranging in the ages of 8 to 20 and lucky enough to be married to her favorite person in the world who lets her play in her craft room instead of watching man movies at night. When not doing laundry, this ex-fiber arts teacher loves memory keeping and creatively plans to make sure she doesn't routinely forget someone at some sports practice! Issel “Izzy” Martinez: My pronouns are She/her/hers. I am a Latinx from Los Angeles who lives in San Diego. My day job is a Paraeducator (or also known as a Paraprofessional) and I absolutely love my job. I am a union activist and Vice President for my local chapter of Paraeducators. During my free time, I help with the San Diego Planner Mafia group. I love all things Disney, Planners, and kitties. I do enjoy reading social psychology books as well as expanding my knowledge in the BLM and Indigenous movements. On top of all that I already do, I decided to go back to school to study conflict resolution. I am currently mapping out how to attain my goal of having a Ph.D. as the first in my family to have that degree. My current ride or die planner is the Passion Planner Academic Weekly and the Passion Planner Daily. Since the beginning of the year, I have accomplished many of the goals I had set out to do, thanks to my planner. During quarantine, it helped, even more, to guide me to a sense of routine.
