In this episode, I go into the scene-by-scene details of a past life regression I had in January 2019. Learn about my goals for the session and why I chose these goals. Then, in response to these goals, I had a life as a bounty hunter which helped me to understand and embody my own personal power (confidence, energy, inner peace, flow).
In the spirit of getting what you need, this experience also gifted me insights on thought patterns that I had carried with me into this life as Jina. These insights helped me to release and manage some issues underneath the surface for me that include self-hatred and rage. Ooof! It's a big one!

Life As A Ritual Leader + A Murder + A Spirit Guide
This is one of the past life experiences that turned up my courage in the face of my fears of being out and loud about my interest in and experience with past lives and other realms where we can access our power to heal and gain insights that help us in our lives today. Seeing this past life unfold also lends insights on the constriction I often feel in my neck/throat area. This constriction, which has nearly disappeared since reliving these scenes.
