Our Default Setting is where we go when the poop hits the fan. It is this 'place' that causes us to exit from our healthy eating or movement plan, and give up on our dreams.
Our triggers and our beliefs are at work here, and we need to get clear on what thy are and how to work through them, otherwise, we will never be able to reach and/or sustain a successful Body Transformation.
