Despite only having morning sickness for one day, she too had her challenges through pregnancy. Maria is an Air Force Veteran, has a PhD in health sciences and is a college professor in fitness. She calls herself the menopause expert by helping women have a better experience through menopause.

056. Nisha, from London who is three-months postpartum is sharing her IVF journey at 43. In her 30’s she didn’t know if she wanted to have children. She asked herself in her late 30’s if she would regret not having children, and she firmly said, “yes, I would regret it.” She tried naturally to have children for a year after she got married at 41.
