Megan shares with us her story of having to break up with her love of running because of her struggles with Ulcerative Colitis. You'll hear stories of her journey as it took years for her to finally feel like herself again and get to enjoy life, running, and having the ability again to challenging herself running in marathons and a Half Ironman. You'll learn that life isn't over, because it's nothing a shower and some clean laundry can't fix.
