She shares with me the GUE Scholarship process, a brief overview of her year after winning the award, some goals for the future, connecting with the GUE community, her mission to highlight a different side of the agency, and much more. Interview with Richard Kelch

Richard Kelch became certified with his wife after moving to a new city to create new friendships. Eventually, he joined a dive club to enjoy and spend more time underwater. With his local diving in The Great Lakes, it was only a matter of time before he discovered his love for wreck diving. As the wrecks became deeper, he would find himself moving into higher levels of training.
