In this week’s episode of Not Over, Just Different , I dive into an essential conversation about emotions—something many of us avoid. You’ll learn about the TIPI Method, a powerful technique for moving through emotional triggers by simply allowing the physical symptoms to pass. This approach can help you break free from emotional patterns that no longer serve you and prevent those triggers from resurfacing. It’s a game changer for anyone looking to take control of their emotional wellbeing.

I also share personal insights from my journey, including how I’ve suppressed my emotions over the years and the impact it’s had on my life. You’ll discover how emotions are often stored in our bodies and how addressing these physical responses can release emotional tension. I’m excited to introduce a helpful tool called the FeelWise app, which uses AI to track and release stored emotions through voice frequency. It’s all about creating more emotional freedom and clarity in your life.

By learning to sit with the physical sensations that come with emotions, you can transform the way you react to life’s challenges. Whether it's through the TIPI Method or using tools like the FeelWise app, you'll find new ways to release emotional energy and gain more control over how you feel. Tune in to discover how this simple practice can help you feel lighter, clearer, and more empowered in your daily life.

Natalie Ledwell welcomes Dr. Barrie Tan to the podcast to discuss the topic of self-care and slowing down the aging process. The focus is on Vitamin E, a commonly known nutrient with antioxidant properties. However, Dr. Tan has made a breakthrough discovery of a special type of Vitamin E called Tocotrienol. This form of Vitamin E has three double bonds in its structure and is a faster and more efficient antioxidant compared to the commonly known Tocopherol. Dr. Tan has conducted numerous studies that show that Tocotrienol can effectively slow down the aging process. This special Vitamin E is available for purchase and can be found in the plant Natto, also known as the Lipstick Plant, which is commonly grown in South America. Tocotrienol works by capturing free radicals, the "bad guys" in the body, which are created when oxygen oxidizes fat. This is an important process to slow down aging, as fat oxidation is the first thing to go in a human body and the majority of our cell walls are composed of fat. Don't miss this exciting episode as Dr. Tan provides a simple explanation of how antioxidants work and the benefits of Tocotrienol.
