Feeling safe and grounded is often one of the most important requirements for you to experience pleasure and connect with others. My clients will identify that when they aren’t feeling present it’s virtually impossible to enjoy sex. This guided meditation will take you through three simple practices to create a sense of safety and come back to the present moment. You can practice these on a daily basis, as well as before, during, and or after sex.
NORMAL sessions is a series to support you in feeling more present during sex. We know how important it is to practice mindfulness regularly, it can also support you in feeling more present during sex - and for those who are struggling to feel connected, aware or mindful during sex, I always recommended starting a daily meditation or stress management practice outside of a sexual context, as a way to practice these skills so you can integrate them more easily into sex with yourself or others. Before we get started with today’s meditation, take a few moments to set up your space, so you can feel as comfortable, safe, and present as possible.
