This meditation is ideal for those who want to feel more connected to their body. Bringing awareness to the body is a foundational tool for more present and pleasurable sexual experiences. You will be guided to bring awareness to different parts of your body, some that feel safe and grounding, some that you love or feel confident with and others that may feel like a learning edge - wherever you go - it’s entirely up to you.
NORMAL sessions is a series to support you in feeling more present during sex. We know how important it is to practice mindfulness regularly, it can also support you in feeling more present during sex. For those who are struggling to feel connected, aware or mindful during sex, I always recommended starting a daily meditation or stress management practice outside of a sexual context, as a way to practice these skills so you can integrate them more easily into sex with yourself or others. Before we get started with the meditation, take a few moments to set up your space, so you can feel as comfortable, safe, and present as possible.
